Not many people know this, but thanks a lot to Land Pooling Policy, our capital city is majorly divided into various zones, however, it is a little difficult to understand but for the real estate builders, it happens to come easier to them, categorizing their work-study. These divisions are successively numbered in different alphabetical orders going from A to P, as comprised in Master Plan Delhi 2021. And one such zone is N Zone that majorly covers the area of 8534 hectares with the area in controlled and comes under Zone O. However, with the recent update, the Zone N has been fundamentally declared independent comprising of total 8194 hectares. Let us understand the significance of it.
